Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 35,531 service calls we have performed 30,304 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

12/18/18: Your pool filter casing is leaking, see below. I ran the hose into the pool the entire time I was on property which brought the level right to the X you mentioned in your email.12/17/18: The dehumidifier ran while I was there and had water in the tube. I turned the circuit breaker off for your water heater and then as I checked that area saw that you also have a switch which is off.
12/17/18: No vinegar in the bottle to pour down the HVAC condensation evac tube. The shower curtain and rod fell down again in the guest bathroom nearest the garage. The water main was on upon arrival. The alarm was not activated upon arrival.
12/17/18: Pulled several weeds on the lanai.
12/17/18: Brought garbage can and recycling bins inside to the garage.
12/17/18: Did not run disposal.
12/17/18: The pool l work has been completed, photos below.
12/17/18: Garbage disposal switch has a note “Do not use does not grind”.
12/17/18: Slightly browning front yard, as reported previously.
12/17/18: Watered 16 exterior plants. The pool level is low but still has water to keep the pump filled. I ran the water all the time I was watering plants and doing my interior inspection.
12/13/18: Poured water in master bath shower drain. Started the car, idled during entire inspection. Put golf cart on charge after checking battery water levels.
12/13/18: The smoke detector leading into the master bedroom is chirping the battery needs replaced. The outside water main valve has not been replaced.
12/13/18: Water is on at unit 2004. Ran the hurricane shutters up and down.
12/13/18: Started both cars, idled during the inspection.
12/13/18: Upstairs has been cleaned.
12/13/18: I’ll opened all hurricane shutters. Turned the water heater on. Brought towels in from the lanai. Left water main on for cleaning person.
12/13/18: Right side master bath sink is leaking at the base nut. I have tagged this faucet.
12/13/18: Driver side front tire a bit low on the Fiat.
12/13/18: Replaced one Damp-Rid bag in the car, out of fresh bags.

12/13/18: Front hall smoke detector is chirping which means the battery should be changed.
12/12/18: Watered exterior potted plants. Was unable to arm the alarm.
12/12/18: No kitchen appliances hooked up. No kitchen sink so I couldn’t on the water. In the master bath there is no sink and no tub. I ran the water hose into the pool the entire time I was here for good measure, the water level is 1/3 of the skimmer port opening and acceptable.
12/12/18: The fern inside the gate in the pot is all but dead, it is very yellow. There are two other plants on that side of the house are dead or dying as well. Light brown spots in back yard as reported prey.
12/12/18: Work being done in the master bathroom, photo below. Right side sink faucet dripping even when off so I turned the valve of under the sink. Some pest has been digging in the landscape, probably an armadillo. Found a down spout end laying on the pool pump, I have no idea where it belongs.
