Real Time Inspection Concerns

Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.

 

Of the 33,438 service calls we have performed 27,897 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

10/24/17: Met contractor John Davis to show work to be done.
10/24/17: Pulled Ransom Bros sign dated 10/20
10/24/17: Seawall tapped off, see photos below.
10/24/17: Pulled a Massey sign from front yard. Some pool work being done see photo below.
10/23/17: Pipe for water fall shooting straight up in the air shooting through the top screen. No hose in garage. Left water on pet client.
10/23/17: Brown spot left of drive, see photo below.
10/23/17: Trees on the side of the house not yet upright and staked from Irma. Weeds in drive pavers.
10/23/17: Removed all foods and condiments from the fridge.
10/20/17: Trees have dead palm fronds that need cleaned. Dry spots in the yard. Weeds in landscaping. Some bushes along right side of the home are dead. Pulled a Lawncare Extrodinaire sign dated 10/10/17 from front yard. Armadillo hole under plant just right of front door. See photos below.
10/20/17: Poured a few ounces of bleach down AC condensation tube.
10/19/17: Moved humidistat upstairs to 55 from 60 to help with humidity.
10/19/17: Lattice fell down on lanai.
10/19/17: Ceiling spots same as last inspection.
10/18/17: Spots on ceiling no worse in my opinion. Propane sensor under fridge is beeping ever 30 seconds or so, last inspection I was able to reset but not this time. Damp-Rid containers still have some granules but will need emptied next inspection.
10/18/17: Ran hurricane shutters up/down (front door shutter down/up).

10/18/17: Outside light just outside pool side guest bedroom was on, I turned it off.
10/18/17: No water, even with water main to home turned on. Mater bath toilet bowl was empty. Pulled Truly Nolen sign from yard.
10/17/17: Plugged in fridge. Turned on water heater stayed long enough to ensure it was heating. Weeds very bad around trees but not in landscaping around home.
10/17/17: Photos of long grass and weeds in stones below. Cool Today dropped of a bag of promotional items on the front porch.
10/17/17: Humidistat not running the AC as often as it should still. Moved humidistat to 35% and AC turned system on. Humidity is higher than desired but still acceptable.
10/17/17: Brought several palm fronds to the front for pick up. Pulled a Truly Nolen sign from front yard.
10/17/17: Turned irrigation system to auto, ensured water valve was on. Pool level was at or below the skimmer port bottom, photos below. Turned water hose on into the pool then left water main on coming back after next inspection. Slight screen damage you may already know about.
10/17/17: Storm debris in front yard has been removed.
10/17/17: Current photo of missing seawall. Replaced all Damp-Rid bags in the master bedroom side of the house. Removed Damp-Rid bags in the other end of the house out of bags cannot replace. Storm debris removed from front yard.
