Real Time Inspection Concerns

Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.

 

Of the 33,482 service calls we have performed 27,897 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

11/28/17: Grass left at fence in back yard.
11/28/17: Pulled pest control sign from the front yard dated 11/21
11/28/17: Pulled pest control sign from the front yard dated 11/27
11/28/17: Ran water entire inspection, turns water heater and range off at breakers. Found water on upon arrival.
11/27/17: Tree trimmings in yard, see photo below. Only front door knob was locked, dead bolt was not. Lights on front of garage were on I left them on thinking maybe you wanted this? New water main cable works very well. Garage interior ceiling lights were on, I turned off. Each bedroom door was closed, I opened to promote better air circulation. The place us looking sooooo good I drove right by it !!!
11/27/17: Brought I. Several pieces of mail, none appeared to be important. Unplugged the lanai facing camera for over 10 seconds.
11/27/17: One letter seemed urgent, see photo below
11/27/17: Turned lights off in kitchen. Pool spa is empty, see photo below. Set thermostat to 78.
11/27/17: Table and chairs on lanai, see photo below.
11/27/17: One letter in mailbox, see photo below. Some minimal browning of the lawn back and front.
11/27/17: Weeds coming back in the landscaping, should be sprayed again. Swept up several spider webs in house. Main water valve dripping slightly.
11/27/17: Laundry room window open all the way, I closed down within an inch. Toilet bowl was empty of water. Mold growing in shower, see photo below. Two screens on lanai need repaired, see photo below.
11/27/17: Master bedroom slider was unlocked, I locked it.
11/26/17: Front door dead bolt was not locked. Master bedroom slider was not locked. Set the thermostat back to 78, will monitor.
11/26/17: Poured water down drain as running the shower head would get me wet.
11/26/17: Drained water from system after water was turned off.
11/25/17: Lanai needs power washed and weeds are growing in cracks.

11/25/17: Lights on the lanai, dining room chandelier and lamp in TV room were all on, I shut them off. Interior door leading to the garage was not locked.
11/25/17: Gutter not repaired. Bees have made a hive inside the exterior electrical panel. I know this because a dozen bees are swarming it at any one time, even a bit dangerous to walk by it.
11/18/17: Hundreds of antd in the mailbox. Spread out mail on drive and tried to kill or brush off. Finally decided to throw away all the junk mail. Kept 2 letters and to interior design books/magazines but made sure they were ant free before taking in the house.
11/17/17: See photos below.
11/17/17: Garage door locks engaged preventing the door from raising, not locked now. I locked them as part of hurricane preparation.

11/17/17: Left blinds open, set thermostat to 78 degrees.
