Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,458 service calls we have performed 29,350 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

8/21/18: A dozen or more recent pest droppings inside shutter area of the lanai, like but much less than last year. Rita in front side yard from mowers.8/21/18: All pool cage doors were locked with the exception of the right side door. Watered the large plant on the lanai (1 1/2 quarts). Pool level middle of skimmer port. Pool clear and clean. No pods on any trees/plants. Found several dead ants in one spot in the master bathroom, none were alive, see photo below.
8/21/18: Took care of weeds all around the house and pool cage again. Cleaned not toilets. The alarm system was off again when I arrived, this is the second time. It sets fine as I leave.
8/21/18: Brown spots in the yard, see photos below. Sending mail. Detector is still chirping.
8/21/18: Pulled a Truly Nolen pest control sign dated 8/17 from the front yard. Guest bath trap is leaking, I tagged it. Pool pump is leaking, see photo below. The front yard has been re-sodded.
8/21/18: Found paint chips on the floor leading into the master bath, see photo below.
8/21/18: Some bugs on top of the pool water.
8/20/18: Ran water through exterior fridge door.
8/20/18: Water is to remain off per client.
8/20/18: Found one remote with corroded batteries, see photo below. I cleaned best I could then left on kitchen island so you know which it was. Removed all alkaline batteries from remotes. A very loud squeal came from the garbage disposal when I first turned it on, I turned off right away. I turned it back on and there was no loud squeal so I ran it as normal. You have what appears to be an armadillo hole behind your left front bushes.
8/20/18: Many dead ants again in hallway leading to the garage, I swept them up. Toilets in two guest bathrooms have notes do not flush.
8/20/18: There are several brown spots in the yard I can’t see why that would be maybe it’s because bugs, photo below. Pulled a Key Fertilizer & Pest Control sing date 8/16 from the front yard. The stairs in the garage are not completely seating in its frame. One toilet is completely Saran Wrapped.
8/20/18: Watered 3 trees per written instructions on kitchen counter. Left side master bathroom sink stopper will not open. Half a dozen bug droppings in guest tub. Ran dishwasher. Ran electronic shutters up then down. Plant growing above the gutter see photo below.
8/20/18: I ran the kitchen sink slowly in order to get some water into the trap without it building up enough. Did not run disposal.
8/20/18: I watered the plants on the lanai. Went back inside to ensure the door between the garage and home was locked.
8/20/18: Weeds growing out of cracks of lanai area, as described in past reports.
8/20/18: Mold on ceiling of lanai has not worsen.
8/20/18: Weeds and some of the landscaping or taking over see photos below. Palm tree on corner of pool cage starting to die. The valve on the lanai for the pool fill hose Leaks while on even though the Watermain was off. Four pieces of mail that I brought and look somewhat important see photos below.
8/20/18: Found a dead plant up front, see photo below.
8/20/18: Put same downspout on as described as last report. Pulled a half dozen weeds on lanai.
8/20/18: Weeds growing in the cracks of the lanai, see photos below. F main sidewalk leading into home has debris, see photos. Appears debris appears to be from roof run off. Found two tripped circuits 17 Foyer and 26 Master Bedroom, I reset them.
8/18/18: For the purpose of reporting the first HVAC system will be the mid level of your townhouse and the second HVAC system will be the kitchen upper level of your townhouse. The lower level humidity is 50.1% and temp was 80.4°. I found three packages out front behind the pillar near your door I brought those into the garage. I did not find a key on the shelf next to the steps as you thought there would be. The garage ceiling appear to be repaired photos below. I found the thermostat hall not repaired in the kitchen. And the water was on to the entire townhouse when I arrived.
8/18/18: Both toilet fill valves are slow to fill the tanks. There is some water spotting on the ceiling above the sofa, see photo below. It appears this are has been patched in the past and these spots could be bleed through from that repair, however it may be a good idea to contact the property management company to have the check the unit above you.
8/18/18: Watered both plants on the lanai.
8/18/18: Water was not ran in the guest bathroom tub due to items stored inside. Found a notice under the wiper blade of your van photo below.
