Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,396 service calls we have performed 29,076 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

8/17/18: I believe the AC system is not running efficiently the air coming out of the vents is 80 degrees.8/17/18: Water is off at 2004. Did not run water in left master bath sink because of trap leak.
8/17/18: Upstairs humidity 54.7% and temp 80.5 degrees.
8/15/18: Brown spot reported in last report still in front yard.
8/15/18: Brought 2 palm fronds to the road for pick up.
8/15/18: Car cover looks good.
8/15/18: The gutter downspout for the rear left of the home ed off in the yard, I reattached the gutter downspout before departing. See before and after photos.
8/15/18: Hand pulled weeds around landscaping and lanai.
8/15/18: Ran the irrigation system.
8/15/18: The pool water level is over the skimmer port, draining is recommended.
8/15/18: Alarm was set prior to departure, the key was placed in the key box.
8/15/18: Pool water level remains high.
8/15/18: AC had power and ran. Temp inside is 81° humidity was 51.5%. Fridge and freezer cold, no tripped circuit breaker’s and the pool pump was running and circulating.
8/15/18: Weeds in landscaping as noted in past reports.
8/14/18: I believe the ceiling fan needs to come down in order for me or anyone for that matter to see if there’s power to it if there’s power to it and it is something in the ceiling fan if there’s no power to it then there’s a break somewhere between that and the circuit breaker because there are no tripped circuit breakers.
8/14/18: Turned the thermostat back fro 77 degrees to 79 degrees which is the last setting before your recent arriv/departure.
8/14/18: Arrow Lawn and Shrub spraying sign pulled from you front yard. The date was illegible.
8/14/18: I had to replace the garage key pad battery as the garage door wouldn’t open.
8/14/18: A box was in the mail box, photo below.
8/14/18: The guest bath tub fixture drips when water is on and no matter what position you use it will not stop dripping.
8/14/18: Sending mail. Replaced batteries in alarm key pad and smok detector above doorway to the master bedroom. Detector is still chirping.
8/14/18: The AC filter was sucked up at an angle and it then partially collapsed so I replaced the filter. I was also able to start the car this service call.
8/14/18: Watered the one plant on the lanai.
8/14/18: Ran hurricane shutters up and down
8/14/18: Repaired the front door interior handle that was coming off in my hand. Weeds are still growing in the cracks of the lanai pavers.
