Displaying Are Records 25751 to 25775 of 29076

8/22/18: The ant infestation has gotten much worse, you have ants at the base your foundation on 80% of the outside of your home. They are running up and down the sides of the house I can’t see any ant hills. Inside the house along the front door wall and sore inside running up and down the scene where the wall and floor joint I couldn’t see much in the way of the other side of the house however they can be there and I just don’t see them. I believe it’s very very important you get a good pest control company to remedy the situation. If you currently do not have one I have one to recommend give me a call.
8/22/18: The pool level is below the skimmer port. The pool pump does have water circulating within it as I can see it through the sight glass.
8/22/18: Weeds have taken over the landscaping, photo below.
8/22/18: No kitchen appliances other than a new refrigerator. No kitchen sink or cabinets so I couldn’t run the water. In the master bath there is no sink and no tub to run water into. Unplugged garage door opener as requested. Replaced entryway HVAC filter as requested.
8/22/18: Mulch be pushed away from front downspout, see photo below. Some mail looks important, see photos below. All thermostats set to 80 and read 80. Meter readings: Hall thermostat off kitchen 42.2% humidity 82.2 temp; Master bath hall 44.2% and 81.1 temp.
8/22/18: Weeds and bushes need attention as described in the past two reports.
8/22/18: Took several photos sending via email. Picture board fell off wall.
8/22/18: Watered exterior potted plants. I was able to activate the alarm without the bypass codes.
8/22/18: Front entry hall smoke detector is chirping battery needs replaced. I found two dead Palmetto bugs in the kitchen on the floor. I found three dead Palmetto bugs in the living room dining area on the floor. I cleaned them up. The lanai shutters are all open I’m assuming this is because the painters are painting the exterior of the building as well as the lanai. I could not enter the storage room as the painters were painting in front of those doors.
8/22/18: Unlocked unit so painters could paint the lanai per G. Deck. I could not check the storage room the painters were painting the floor in front of the door.
8/21/18: Treated the weeds on the lanai.
8/21/18: Weeds overtaking the landscaping, see photos below. The lanai concrete and cage screens needs power washed.
8/21/18: Bowl was placed under guest bathroom sink trap. Did not flush toilets as directed by signs. Pulled Fahey pest control sign from front yard dated 8/15/18.
8/21/18: Light mildew on the front seats of the SUV.
8/21/18: A dozen or more recent pest droppings inside shutter area of the lanai, like but much less than last year. Rita in front side yard from mowers.
8/21/18: All pool cage doors were locked with the exception of the right side door. Watered the large plant on the lanai (1 1/2 quarts). Pool level middle of skimmer port. Pool clear and clean. No pods on any trees/plants. Found several dead ants in one spot in the master bathroom, none were alive, see photo below.
8/21/18: Took care of weeds all around the house and pool cage again. Cleaned not toilets. The alarm system was off again when I arrived, this is the second time. It sets fine as I leave.
8/21/18: Brown spots in the yard, see photos below. Sending mail. Detector is still chirping.
8/21/18: Pulled a Truly Nolen pest control sign dated 8/17 from the front yard. Guest bath trap is leaking, I tagged it. Pool pump is leaking, see photo below. The front yard has been re-sodded.
8/21/18: Found paint chips on the floor leading into the master bath, see photo below.
8/21/18: Some bugs on top of the pool water.
8/20/18: Ran water through exterior fridge door.
8/20/18: Water is to remain off per client.
8/20/18: Found one remote with corroded batteries, see photo below. I cleaned best I could then left on kitchen island so you know which it was. Removed all alkaline batteries from remotes. A very loud squeal came from the garbage disposal when I first turned it on, I turned off right away. I turned it back on and there was no loud squeal so I ran it as normal. You have what appears to be an armadillo hole behind your left front bushes.
8/20/18: Many dead ants again in hallway leading to the garage, I swept them up. Toilets in two guest bathrooms have notes do not flush.
