Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,683 service calls we have performed 29,562 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

10/4/18: The front hall smoke detector is chirping, the battery needs to be replaced.10/4/18: The smoke detector leading into the master bedroom is chirping the battery needs replaced. I am unsure if the leak has been repaired. The outside water main valve has not. Based on this I did not run water today.
10/4/18: Client requests no water to be ran.
10/4/18: Water is off at unit 2004. Removed both Damp-Rid bags replaced master bedroom closet only as I am out of new bags.
10/4/18: The tire inflation warning light was on and just looking at the front tires I saw they were low. The driver side was much lower than the other. I brought my air compressor and filled each but I would suggest you have some look at these tires when you return.
10/4/18: I found it more dead bees upstairs somewhere between three and four dozen. There were also 3 to 5 live is inside the upstairs. I contacted Ginnie at property management she’s going to have pest-control look at it again.
10/4/18: The battery charger is now working and charging the car.
10/4/18: Driver side front tire a bit low on the Fiat.
10/4/18: Replaced Damp-Rid bags in the SUV.
10/4/18: Watered the 2 plants on the front lanai.
10/4/18: Water was on door to master bath was close radio playing loudly, I did announce myself.
10/4/18: I’m not sure the storage room dehumidifier is working properly.
10/4/18: I replaced the smoke detector battery in the hall downstairs leading to the guest bedroom and bath. I turned the thermostat down to 76 and the circuit breaker on for the water heater. I put all batteries back in remotes. I plugged in the microwave and set its clock. I left the water main on for your guest’s arrival. I did not move the lanai furniture out into the Lanai.
10/3/18: Watered exterior potted plants. I was not able to activate the alarm without the bypass codes. I turned the water heater circuit breaker off.
10/3/18: All thermostats set to 80 and read 80. Meter readings: Hall thermostat off kitchen 44.5% humidity 80.8 temp; Master bath hall 51.6% and 80.1 temp.
10/3/18: No kitchen appliances other than a new refrigerator. No kitchen sink or cabinets so I couldn’t run the water. In the master bath there is no sink and no tub to run water into. I replaced the Damp-Rid bags in all three guest bedroom closets.
10/3/18: Weeds growing in the cracks of the driveway and the landscaping stones. Turn out back is yellowing photos below.

10/3/18: New pool pump photo below. Put golf cart on charge. AC is working in masters bedroom.
10/3/18: all of the ice melted or something else in the bottom ice maker so I have shut both off. Door to garage is locked.
10/3/18: Front yard browning about the same as past service dates.
10/3/18: Poured vinegar in AC condensation tube.
10/3/18: Entry hall and a living room both are chirping batteries need replaced. Tree next to entry walk way needs to be staked upright, phot below.
10/3/18: Poured bleach down the AC condensation evacuation tube. Battery dead on car could not start. I brought my air compressor today and good thing as both back tires were flat and the front left was down to 22psi and right front was 31psi. I filled all tires to 36.5psi.
10/3/18: Photo of weeds around the front of the house below. The spots on the ceiling of the living room are no worse.
