Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,683 service calls we have performed 29,562 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

11/6/18: A/C filter needs replaced (20x20x1). The tiny balcony sliders are unlocked and I am unable to lock.11/6/18: Ran the shutters up and down on the lanai.
11/6/18: You may have a pool equipment leak but nothing is quickly evident, photo below.
11/5/18: I absolutely love the new color of your home! You have what appears to be an armadillo hole in the landscaping at the corner of your pool lanai cage, photo below. There is a spot on the ceiling just inside the living room dining room area that I have been watching and it appears to be getting a bit darker but is not getting larger. I believe this is probably a bleed through Mark as opposed to a roof leak problem. Photo below. I found the lanai sliding glass doors unlocked, photo below, I locked it.
11/5/18: White car under carport.
11/5/18: Gate was locked.
11/5/18: I can see and smell a dead from Brad with in the AC condensing unit outside of your home. There’s not much that can be done in less and AC person tears it apart to take it out which overtime the smell will go away. The pest/rodent hole out by the driveway that I’ve reported in the past has returned see photo below
11/5/18: The water was on upon arrival, off upon departure. I move the thermostat from 78° to 77° to help mitigate a little bit higher humidity I found today. Also the thermostat’s low battery indicator lamp was on so I couldn’t find any AA batteries in your desk drawer and I replaced the old ones with new ones that I bring with me for just occasions such as this.
11/5/18: Watered 3 trees per written instructions on kitchen counter. Left side sink stopper in the master bathroom will not open/lift. You have a swarm of bees or a beehive that has developed at the top gable above your lanai, photo below. I cannot tell from the ground whether it’s a swarm or a beehive I talk to my guy at truly Nolen pest control his name is Karl Anderson he told me that they can develop in a week to 10 days if that’s not a swarm it could be a beehive there’s no way for them to know until they get a guy in a be suit up to the top to kill the bees and then after the bees have died that’s a guy comes back another time to remove the bee hive. This is something that’s very serious and needs to be attended to quickly as it will only grow and grow very quickly as it already has. Photo below.
10/31/18: The smoke detector leading into the master bedroom is chirping the battery needs replaced. The outside water main valve has not been replaced.
10/31/18: At this point I believe it’s necessary to bring in someone to clean your unit from the mess the bees have made. There are dozens upon dozens of dead bees upstairs photos below. And there are dead bees throughout the unit as many as a dozen on the kitchen floor and dining room floor. I found a half a dozen live bees at today, the bee problem has not been corrected yet.
10/31/18: Driver side front tire a bit low on the Fiat.

10/31/18: Replaced the Damp-Rid bags in the car.
10/31/18: Water was off upon arrival and bathroom is still under construction, photos below.
10/31/18: Replaced master bedroom closet Damp-Rid bag.
10/30/18: Watered exterior potted plants. I was not able to activate the alarm without the bypass codes. I pulled a Hughes Exterminators sign dated 10/22 from the front yard.
10/30/18: Removed a TrueGreen lawn care work sheet from front door.
10/30/18: No kitchen appliances hooked up. No kitchen sink or cabinets so I couldn’t on the water. In the master bath there is no sink and no tub true and water into.
10/30/18: Weeds that were growing in the cracks of the driveway and the landscaping stones have been treated and they are dead. Fern out back is yellowing photos last service call.
10/30/18: I brought a Fahey pest contywork order inside that was hung on the front door. I also pulled a sign of theirs dated today at 10:14am from the front yard.
10/30/18: Door to garage is locked. No work has been started on the lanai kitchen.
10/30/18: Front yard browning about the same as past service dates.
10/30/18: Entry hall and a living room both are chirping batteries need replaced. Tree next to entry walk way needs to be staked upright.
10/30/18: Poured bleach down the AC condensation evacuation tube. Battery dead on car could not start.
