Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 35,445 service calls we have performed 30,090 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

7/30/19: Picked up 0 pieces of fruit from the yard. Several pieces of mail being sent today.7/30/19: Brought in two pieces of mail which appeared to be important see photo below.
7/30/19: Removed undated Tru Green signs from yard.
7/30/19: Bushes by front entrance need trimmed.
7/30/19: Brought in one piece of mail which may be important see photo below. Brought in two pool company slips dated 7/18 & 7/25.
7/30/19: Both garage doors were open upon arrival which I closed when leaving & the alarm was set. Ceiling fans are on in bedrooms & a kitchen light was on, I turned off.
7/29/19: New water cut offs,picture taken, water turned off in main ground box
7/29/19: Owner present
7/29/19: Water on upon arrival, and turned off upon departure. Pool lady was cleaning pool. Found Grass in skimmer basket. New screens it appears
7/29/19: Brought in mail.
7/29/19: Dehumidifier read 48.
7/29/19: Watered 3 interior trees. Ran shutter up and down
7/29/19: Watered plants, ran shutter up and down
7/29/19: Dehumidifier reading 44.
7/29/19: Dehumidifier running and draining well. Water to remain off per client.
7/29/19: Removed undated truly nolen sign from the front yard.
7/29/19: Too many weeds on the lanai to pull all of them over 50, but I pulled the larger ones.
7/29/19: Met with Derrick Steinke from water out now remediation company to sign documents and check progress. They have equipment set up in different rooms see photos below.
7/29/19: Poured vinegar down HVAC condensation evac tube.
7/29/19: Humidity level is high inside the residence, AC is coming on but blowing warm air from the vents.
7/29/19: Child pool safety gate not latched in pool area again, photo below. Pulled a half dozen weeds on the lanai.
7/29/19: A smoke detector on the living room ceiling is chirping.
7/29/19: Breaker off for disposal with black tape over it indicating home owner does not want it on. We have placed a note with post-it note tape over the sink side button, do not run. Pulled 2 dozen weeds on the lanai.
7/29/19: Downspout wash out pretty bad right back corner. Pool level good in the middle. Humidity inside is below 50% which is good. The car tires look good, inside looks good, the charger light was green. No warm or tripped circuit breakers. Fridge and freezer are cold. Flushed all toilets.
7/29/19: Poured a cup full of vinegar down the AC condensation evac tube. Spider and spider egg sacks remain all around your home as reported previously, should probably notify your pest control.
