Displaying Are Records 24451 to 24475 of 29076
6/17/19: Ran storm shutters up and down.6/17/19: Dehumidifier reading 50. Ran shutters up and down.
6/17/19: Removed all damp rid bags that were full, could find no replacement. We had to reposition the dehumidifier as the hose was getting linked right at the machine not allowing the water to evacuate into the shower drain. This caused the bucket to fill which we also emptied. We will monitor closely.
6/17/19: Some ant activity still present on pavers outside behind the pool cage. Picked up truly nolen application sign from yard.
6/17/19: Disposal ran but is noisy
6/15/19: The pool has a great deal if debris on the bottom of the pool, including what appears to be algae. The right side irrigation zone was on and flooding the side yard so much it was running down the driveway when I arrived. I turned the irrigation control to off and then back to run which stopped the zone. It must have been stuck open. Found two spots on the ceiling of the mid Guest Bedroom (has the green blow up gator on the bed), these spots are just starting or could be bleed thru from a previous problem. Photos below.
6/15/19: Some debris at bottom of pool. Found several live very tiny non flying bugs gathered in the right side MB sink, photos below. I made sure to flush them all down the drain and ran the water a very long time. I closed the drain stoppers in both sinks.
6/15/19: Pool level is over the top of the skimmer port. Several worms and millipedes at the bottom of the pool, photo below.
6/15/19: Weeds growing in the landscaping as previously reported. Moved the thermostat from 79 to 78 to help mitigate the higher humidity.
6/14/19: Lower level readings temp 83.0 and humidity 52.5%
6/14/19: Had a very difficult time getting key box opened, then I simply couldn’t get the lid on key box to close.
6/14/19: Watered both plants on the lanai.
6/14/19: Raised thermostat to 78 due to low humidity level.
6/14/19: Checked attic space upstairs.
6/14/19: Upstairs bathroom toilet water valve has slight water drip when turned on only, toilet has note attached, reported previously.
6/14/19: Lowered the dehumidistat to 55% to help mitigate humidity level.
6/13/19: Watered plant that is in the kitchen sink. Started SUV, it idled during the service call.
6/13/19: Boat trailer no boat.
6/13/19: No water pressure in MB bathtub.
6/13/19: Client requests no water to be ran. Lowered downstairs & upstairs dehumidistats to 60% to help mitigate humidity levels.
6/13/19: Water is off at 2004. Ran shutters on lanai up and down.
6/13/19: Watered the 2 plants on the front lanai.
6/13/19: There are several tiny orange spots on the upstairs closet ceiling photos below. As well both downstairs bedrooms seem to have a slight yellowing to them but it doesn’t pick up well in a photo, but we will continue to monitor closely.
6/13/19: Brought in two pieces of mail which appeared to be important see photos below.
6/13/19: Removed Damp-Rid bag from upstairs closet, could not find a replacement bag.
