Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,122 service calls we have performed 28,068 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.
If you need a home watch company that truly provides a detailed, valuable and reliable service,

Displaying Are Records 27901 to 27925 of 28068
10/28/14: Mold starting on gaskets of fridge could be a result of over heated kitchen. Photos via email. Cleaned as best I could but need a mold/mildew remover which if here I did not find.10/28/14: Tree trimmed and palm fronds removed looks nice. Photos by email.

10/14/14: Great deal of ant activity in front bedroom that does not have bed. Photos by email. Water was on when I arrived but I know it was turned off upon leaving the last inspection could it be the pool person or lawn person turned on and forgot?
10/14/14: Garage overhead door was open upon arrival. Repaired ceiling fan electrical cover. All doors and windows are locked nothing was out of place that I could see or remember. Door between garage and home is locked made note in file as well.
10/14/14: Temp fix on AC drain brought a new solution. Lawn company not taking palm fronds with them making home to appear vacant. Photos to be sent by email.
10/14/14: All is quiet this inspection.
10/14/14: Gate on right side of home open I closed.
10/14/14: Water valve out front is very tight, cannot open 100% without fear of breaking the plastic ears off. Opens enough to get good water pressure.
10/14/14: Boat at dock last inspections I assumed it was yours but found it using water and power today (photos by email). Found water ON when we arrived and I am positive that I turned it off last inspection. As instructed I am turning it back off when I leave.

10/07/14: Garbage disposal not working, breaker not tripped. Roof may be leaking, see photos sent via email. Called client. Humidistat was set to 20% now back to away setting. Thermostat set to 81 last inspection set to 80 today???
10/07/14: Mold just beginning on rough surface of garage walls near door, so light camera cannot pickup but should be washed down with some bleachy water.
09/30/14: Upon entering the home we found the oven glowing red, the home's interior temperature exceeded 100 degrees. We immediately shut the breaker off to the range. NONE of the controls were on and the digital reading appeared to be F 2. After the exterior handle cooled enough for us to grab it by using the towels that had been hanging from it, we pulled the range away from the wall and cabinets. the range's interior heat was so high the racks have began to buckle. The exterior of the door is scorched as well as the towels that were hanging on the handle. Photos to be sent later via email. Stayed in home until I could place my hand on every side of the range to insure the safety of the home.
09/30/14: I believe I found the reason for the AC leak, drain pvc came apart inside the foam covering, so when the AC runs the drain water was running into and on wall. Pipe is too short OR AC unit has shift away causing break. Send photos via email later. Fixed as best I could with limited resources available.
