Real Time Inspection Concerns

Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.

 

Of the 33,122 service calls we have performed 27,897 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

7/12/16: Lawn mowing company was here when I got here. Pulled a pest control sign date at 7/10 out of yard.
7/12/16: Brought three palm fronds to the front for pickup. Started both cars. Cool level is somewhat low to the bottom side of the skimmer port without rain in the next day or two it will need filled. One plant has been pushed over probably by the wind sending photo.
7/12/16: Just about every flower bed landscaping area has some weeds of some type. Sending photos. Tested sprinkler system. Lanai has some water that had been forced from a rain up underneath the storm shutters not much it should have a evaporate. Replaced AC filter when I pulled out doesn't appear to be dirty at all. Guest bathroom tank flap should be replaced toilet runs constantly if water is left on.
7/11/16: Garage 48.7% hmidity and 94.9 degrees. Edges around all the landscape of concrete have not been trimmed bunch of weeds in the stone still and weed starting to pop up all over in the driveway stone as well sending photos.
7/11/16: No homeless tenants. The upstairs temperature using my meter is 79.9 deg and humidity is 55.0%
7/11/16: The Mercedes Hood insulation fell off onto engine compartment sending photos. To dead plants bushes out front some photos. Had to free garbage disposal in order to run it.
7/11/16: The pool level is above the skimmer opening right to the bottom of the top side of top tile. The pool cage hand surrounding concrete could use power washer. Bushes on corner slant of cave are pushing against the screen and causing it to go in they should be trimmed. Sprinkler head broken off on path to the doorway Sending photos.
7/11/16: Took a picture of the weeds in the stones getting pretty bad actually.
7/11/16: Swept up 4 worms. Found 7 ants on back window sill living room 3 live, 4 dead. Found none on the exterior back part of condo near window.
7/11/16: What a few weeds in the stones on both sides of the house I will send you a photograph of the right side but this is unusual there are so many. I know that that's covered by a lawn service but they're not doing it we do provide that service as an additional add-on if you want us to help maintain.
7/5/16: AC was turned off at the breaker not sure if client wants that I turned it on felt to see if I could feel any cool air thought there was will check at next inspection. Humidity level is still acceptable anything under 62% but should have the AC running.
7/6/16: Turn switch off next to hot water tank so the water wouldn't be heated. Turned water main off. Switch dishwasher off at breaker. Found the sliding glass door latch not latched however wood bar prevented it from opening. I made sure that the latch was Secure before I left.
7/5/16: Applied 3/4 gallon of weed control. 2nd AC thermostat reads set 86 actual 82 degrees. Meter in master bedroom red 54.1% humidity 81 degrees
7/5/16: Garage very comfortable, humidity feels low.
7/5/16: Suaved both toilets.
7/5/16: Grass is long and needs to be cut some places it's going to see which means that that extends up to my knee. Pulled from the yard it Truly Nolen sign for Pest Control dated 6:22
7/5/16: Started both cars.
7/4/16: Water filter light needed reset on the exterior of the refrigerator. Lawn had been cut looks nice. Weeds growing up out of control in stones around the home. Is the lawn mowing companies supposed to be sprayed with weed control?
7/4/16: Smoke detector in back hallway is chirpping needs battery replaced. Lawn cut looks very nice some weeds but not enough to warrant weed control and it is also threatening rain with sprinkles here.
7/4/16: No floor work yet.
7/4/16: Humidity still a bit high, turned humidistat back to 55%.
7/4/16: Air conditioning unit not working not cooling. Lots of little clovers popping up in the stones and Landscaping needed to put some weed control down in order to keep those from being way too large when I get back here next visit. Call Derek Martin at Martin air left a message since it's a holiday I'm not sure if they're taking messages but we'll get to him in the next day or so.
7/4/16: Humidity level is much better this inspection lowering it tears must work some however temperature still very warm in here noted by my meter reading
7/4/16: The pavers in front and back have weeds growing through them some of the Landscaping as well especially the front tree to the left of the driveway with the round circle quite a few weeds growing up through it. Humidity level acceptable inside the house it is quite warm in there but as long as humidity stays under 60% we're good I think.
6/29/16: I did not find the keys you asked me to look for on any counter or table top in the home.
