Pre-Storm Prep or Post Storm Inspections

Your Florida home will be subject to all that Florida weather can throw at it which means on occasion your home will need to be Pre-Storm prepped and Post Storm inpected.

We will provide one or both of these services for you adding additional piece of mind for you while your are away.

Pre-storm Prep $30/hr.* - Service includes:

• Securing outside items such as patio furniture, trash cans, lawn ornaments, etc.
• Put up hurricane shutters, garage door braces, roll down shutters, etc.
• Shutting off water, electric (if instructed by home owner), etc.
• Securing valuable items to other areas of the home.
• As an example family photos or cherished items to an interior bathroom tub/shower area.
• Upon request we will also purchase protective plastic tubs to place items in if/when possible in an effort to seal out moisture. (cost of supplies + time purchasing)

Every effort will be made to protect your these items however we cannot be responsible for storm damage beyond what a prudent person (including the owner) would do to protect the items.

Post Storm Inspection $30/hr. * - Service includes:

• Photos of all damage
• Phone call directly with/to the home owner as we are on site
• Recommendations of contractors and service providers to limit and/or repair damage
• Provide temporary solutions to protect your home from further damage whenever possible
• Secure home if possible against strangers from entering
• Ship items north to homeowner whenever possible and requested by homeowner.

*1 hour minimum billed on the 1/4 hour thereafter
